This year, Florian Eude, Molitor's Chef pastry created a flagalette tasty and regressive.
He diverted the traditional galette by replacing the frangipane by peanut to bring an original touch while keeping a delicious flavor.
He hence honors not the almond but its cousin, too often confined to the role of appetizer.
The fève is the traditional porcelaine swimmer - throwing you back to the Piscine Molitor in the 30s.
